All payments received by ABSC are immediately deposited into a non-interest-bearing Trust Account. Based on client preferences, cleared check payments are remitted bi-monthly.

Wire transfers received from debtors are remitted to the client immediately upon confirmation.

If a debtor pays the client directly, ABSC will either offset earned fees from funds we are already holding on the client’s behalf or issue a statement reflecting the fees due.

Clients have 24/7 access to real-time account activity and status updates through our secure online portal. In addition, detailed electronic reports are emailed monthly to our primary client contact.

Reports include the account name, customer number, date placed, outstanding balance, payments received, and a brief collection status summary.

Payment notices are sent via email or fax within 24 hours of receipt. Account-specific letters and client phone calls are made as necessary to advise on new developments or important updates.
