We only hire and educate persons as collectors who have shown above average performance, intelligence and adaptability while working for law firms or other commercial collection agencies. The primary focus of our instruction is to insure that all collection agents are aware of the ethical rules that govern a law practice and do not waiver from them. Also, it’s important to have a thorough working knowledge of the various forms and pleadings used, as well as an understanding of the general procedural rules of litigation. Continuing education is ongoing. Most new agents are hired on the basis of a personal recommendation from either a current employee or other trusted associate, therefore our turnover is extremely low.
